How to make Yam Curry recipe step by step method

To make Suran ki Sabji, first of all we will take Suran or yam.

Wash it and remove its peel and then wash it well, cut it and keep it in a plate.

Now we will cut Suran into medium sized pieces and keep them aside.

Next we prepare the spices, for that we will take a mixer grinder.

And first add cumin, black pepper and coriander in the mixer grinder.
