Bhindi ki sabji recipe ingredients

  • Ladyfinger (okra) – 250 grams
  • Salt – 1/3 tsp
  • Kashmiri red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder – 1 tsp
  • Turmeric – 1/3 tsp
  • Chickpea flour – 1 tbsp
  • Mustard oil – 5 tbsp
  • Garlic – 3 cloves
  • Cumin – 1 tsp
  • Asafoetida – 2 to 3 pinch
  • Garam masala-1/2 tsp
  • Chilli Flakes – 1 tsp
  • Dry mango powder – 1 tsp

How to make Bhindi Ki Sabji step by step- Best bhindi ki sabji recipe in english

First of all, wash the ladyfinger thoroughly, dry it and cut it into two parts.

Now add salt, Kashmiri red chilli powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder over the ladyfinger.

Mix everything well with ladyfinger with your hands.

Now we will pour chickpea flour on ladyfinger.

And mix it well so that a coating appears on the ladyfinger.

We will add 2 tablespoons of mustard oil in the pan and heat it well.

Fry the onion on high flame for 2 minutes.

And reduce the gas flame to medium and add salt as per taste.
