To make sabudana Khichdi Recipe first of all we will take sago. I have taken medium sized sago here.

First of all, we will wash the sago twice with water very gently and drain the water.

Now we have taken 1 cup of sago so we will add 1 cup of water to soak the sago. You have to take water in the same amount of sago you take.

Cover the sago and let it soak for 4 hours.
After 4 hours the sago will soaked completely. Now we will make our sago khichdi.

First of all, put a pan on the gas and let it heat.
As soon as the pan becomes hot, we will add ghee in the pan. If you want, you can also use oil.
