- Beetroot – 2 medium size (300 gm )
- Tomato – 2 medium size
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Black salt 1/2 tsp
First wash the beetroot and tomato thoroughly.
Then peel off the beetroot.
Cut beetroot and tomato into small pieces.
Take a mixer jar and put beetroot and tomato in it.
Add water along with it and blend it well.
Sieve with the help of a strainer.
Squeeze the juice of 1 lemon and add black salt along with it.
